You'll get a shipping confirmation with tracking 1–2 business days after checkout, and most orders arrive 5 to 9 business days after you order. Your original order email also has an Order Status Page that updates in real time.
Write to us with your order number as soon as you can. If the lid hasn't been printed yet, we can change the name, the design or the card message.
Send us photos within 72 hours of delivery — the outer packaging, the lid, and whatever was broken inside. We replace the damaged item, or the whole box, at no cost to you.
Yes, within 30 days of delivery, personalized boxes included, in unused and resellable condition. Contact us first and we'll confirm the return address.

We work with realtors, HR teams and small businesses across the United States. There's no minimum on the regular catalog, a bulk discount starts at five boxes, and we can print your logo on the lid and ship to a list of different addresses from a single order.
