All transactions are processed by Shopify Payments, which is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant — the same security standard used by major banks — so your full card details are never stored on our servers.

If you choose Shop Pay, your shipping and billing information are saved for faster checkout on future orders, and eligible purchases can be split into interest-free installments. Your card is charged the moment you complete checkout, not when the order ships. If your payment is declined, please confirm the billing address matches your card statement or try another payment method. Yes — most of our gift boxes can be personalized with the recipient's name. Personalization is what makes a Niki Moon box feel like a real gift instead of a generic delivery: each personalizable box ships with a custom magnetic lid featuring the name and occasion you choose at checkout.

On the product page, look for the personalization options below the main product image. Select a design style from the visual options shown, then enter the recipient's first name (and an optional short message) in the text field. We apply your selection to the magnetic lid before the box leaves our warehouse.

If a product page does not display personalization fields, that specific box is offered as-is. For custom requests beyond the standard options — different occasion text, longer messages, or special characters — contact us before placing your order.

Yes — we offer a bulk discount on orders of 6 boxes or more. Niki Moon Gifts regularly works with realtors, HR teams, and small businesses across the United States to send curated gift boxes to clients, employees, and event attendees. We can coordinate matching designs, custom branded cards, and shipments to multiple recipient addresses from a single order.

There is no minimum order on our regular catalog — you can purchase a single box without any restriction. The bulk discount applies once your corporate order reaches 6 units or more. If you would like to evaluate the product before committing to a larger order, you can purchase a single sample box at standard pricing first.

For corporate inquiries, email us with the quantity, occasion, and any branding requirements, and we will reply with a quote, available designs, and a shipping timeline.

Shipping & delivery

Most Niki Moon Gifts orders ship within 1–2 business days after you complete checkout — including custom personalized boxes. We do not have separate handling times for Ready-to-Ship boxes versus personalized orders; both leave our warehouse on the same schedule.

We operate two fulfillment centers in the United States: one in Miami, Florida and one in Pennsylvania. Your order ships from whichever warehouse has the requested item in stock and is closest to your delivery address, so an order going to New York typically ships from Pennsylvania, and an order going to Texas typically ships from Miami. This routing is automatic and cuts one to two days off your total transit time.

Orders placed on weekends or US federal holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking the moment your label is created.

Standard delivery within the United States typically takes 4 to 7 business days from the moment your order ships. Combined with our 1–2 day handling time, most orders arrive within 5 to 9 business days of checkout.

Delivery time depends on the distance between our shipping warehouse (Miami or Pennsylvania) and your address. We dispatch each order from the warehouse closest to the recipient with the item in stock, to keep transit as short as possible. Orders shipping within the East Coast and Southeast often arrive at the faster end of that range.

Once a package leaves our warehouse, transit times are managed by the shipping carrier. Delays caused by carrier issues, severe weather, or US federal holidays are outside our control, but we will help you locate any package that is running late — just contact us with your order number.

Shipping within the United States is a flat rate of $11.99 on every order, regardless of order size, weight, or destination state. There is no free shipping threshold and no surprise fees added at checkout — the $11.99 you see in your cart is the final shipping charge.

Flat-rate shipping means the cost stays the same whether you buy one box or six. For corporate and bulk orders shipping to multiple recipient addresses, shipping is charged per destination, since each address is treated as a separate shipment by the carrier. If you are coordinating a large multi-address corporate order, contact us first and we will confirm the total shipping before you check out.

We do not currently offer expedited or overnight shipping options. Standard shipping is the only method available, but our fast 1–2 day handling and split-warehouse routing keep most orders moving quickly.

No — Niki Moon Gifts currently ships only within the United States, to all 50 states. We do not ship to Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, the European Union, or any other international destinations at this time.

This US-only policy lets us offer flat-rate $11.99 shipping, fast 1–2 day handling from our Miami and Pennsylvania warehouses, and reliable transit times that we can stand behind. International shipping involves customs forms, duties, longer transit windows, and a higher risk of damage to the box and its contents — none of which fit the gifting experience we want our customers to have.

If you are based outside the US but want to send a Niki Moon gift to a recipient inside the US, you are welcome to do so. Checkout uses the recipient's shipping address, not the buyer's, and most international payment cards work at our checkout.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email the moment we create your shipping label — typically within 1–2 business days of placing your order. The email includes your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's tracking page so you can follow the package from our warehouse to your door.

You can also track your order at any time through the Order Status Page — the secure link sent in your original order confirmation email right after checkout. This page updates in real time and shows your order details, fulfillment status, and tracking once the box ships. No account login is required.

If you do not see a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first, then contact us through our Contact page. We can resend the tracking information or look into any fulfillment delay on our end.

Returns

Niki Moon Gifts accepts returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To start a return, contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm the return address and any next steps before you ship the box back to us.

Refunds are processed only after we receive the returned box at our warehouse and verify its condition. The original payment method used at checkout is refunded for the cost of the items. Original shipping ($11.99) is non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error on our part — for example, the wrong box was sent or the order was damaged in transit.

If a delivery does not reach the recipient because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for any reshipment costs. If the package was lost in transit through no fault of the customer, we cover replacement and shipping.

Yes — personalized gift boxes are eligible for return within the standard 30-day window, just like any other order. The return must reach our warehouse in unused, resellable condition with the original packaging intact.

That said, we receive very few returns on personalized boxes in practice — once a magnetic lid is printed with a recipient's name and a specific occasion, the box is harder to repurpose, and most buyers simply gift it as planned even when circumstances change. We mention this so you know the standard policy applies and you are not locked in by the personalization step.

To start a return on a personalized order, contact us with your order number before shipping the box back. We will confirm the return address and let you know whether the cost of return shipping is yours or ours, depending on the reason for the return (see our damage and error policy in question 11).

If your Niki Moon box arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage. Photos should show the outer packaging, the magnetic lid, and any specific items inside that were broken or affected. The 24-hour window helps us file a carrier claim while the evidence is fresh.

After we review the photos, we will arrange a replacement of the damaged item at no cost to you — or, if the entire box was destroyed, a replacement of the full box. You do not pay return shipping when the damage is caused in transit; we cover the cost of getting the original back to us, if a return is needed at all.

If the damage was caused after delivery (for example, the box was left outside in the rain after a successful drop-off), please still reach out. We will help you find a workable solution on a case-by-case basis.
