Shipping policy
Where we ship, what it costs, and how long a box takes to reach the door.
We ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship to US territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands, to APO/FPO military addresses, or to any international destination. If you are outside the US, you are welcome to order for a recipient with a US address — checkout uses the recipient's address, not yours.
- Processing: every box is packed to order and ships within 1–2 business days, including personalized boxes. Orders placed on weekends or US federal holidays are processed the next business day.
- Shipping cost: flat rate of $11.99 per order, whatever the order size or destination state.
- Delivery: 4–7 business days in transit after your order ships. Combined with handling, most orders arrive 5–9 business days after checkout. We ship from Miami, Florida or from Pennsylvania — whichever warehouse is closer to the recipient and has the item in stock.
- Tracking: you will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Standard shipping is the only method we offer — we do not currently offer expedited or overnight delivery. If your gift is tied to a specific date, order at least 10 business days ahead and email info@nikimoongifts.com with the date so we can prioritize packing your box; transit time then remains with the carrier.
If your package has not arrived within 9 business days of checkout, email info@nikimoongifts.com and we will track it down.
If we cannot ship your order within the times stated above, we will email you with a revised date and the option to cancel. If you do not accept the new date, we will refund your order in full, promptly and without any action needed from you.
