No. There's no subscription and no monthly fee; you pay for the gifts you send. A program simply keeps your preferences on file, so a repeat order takes one short email, not a new project.

By email or a shared spreadsheet, whatever you or your team already use. Send the name, address, closing date and message for each client, and we take it from there. For larger sends, one recipient list covers everyone.

Yes. Once your logo and brand assets are approved, we typically keep them on file for repeat orders, so you won't need to resend files each time. If your branding changes, send the updated assets and we'll refresh your program.

Yes. Each client can have their own message, written on the card inside their box exactly as you send it. Some agents write a personal note for every closing; others send one message to everyone. Both work.

Yes, multi-address shipping is the heart of the service. Send us one recipient list and each box ships to its own address, with that recipient's name on the lid and their own card inside. We deliver to all 50 states, and most orders arrive 5 to 9 business days after checkout.

Yes. We'll assemble and hand-tie the full order in small batches, then ship everything to one location, ready to hand out. Shipping is a flat $11.99 per destination, and processing takes 1 to 2 business days, personalized boxes included.

Not yet. We ship to all 50 U.S. states from warehouses in Miami, Florida and Pennsylvania. We can't currently deliver to U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico, to APO/FPO addresses, or to other countries. If you're ordering from abroad, that works fine; what matters is that your recipient's address is in the United States.

Yes. We print your logo on the box lid, and our Custom Branded format goes further, with your branding on tumblers, mugs, candles or notebooks inside the box. Send the logo with your request and we'll confirm what works at your quantity.

Yes. Orders of 5 to 19 boxes save 5%, orders of 20 to 49 save 10%, and at 50 or more we put together custom pricing for your program. Orders of 1 to 4 boxes ship at standard pricing.

Yes. We provide a W-9 on request, accept invoice payments and purchase orders, and offer net-30 terms for approved corporate accounts. Mention what your brokerage needs when you submit your request, and we'll confirm the details before we prepare anything.

Usually, yes, on request. If your brokerage needs an NDA signed or vendor paperwork on file before you can order, send the documents with your request and we'll review them.
